We get this information from you, automatically when you use our website, and from the service providers that help us run our store.

  • To take payment, ship your order and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and send you updates about your order or account.
  • To send you marketing emails or text messages if you have agreed to receive them, and to show you ads for our products online based on your activity on our store.

3. Who We Share It With

  • Shopify and service providers that help us run the store, such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics, customer support and shipping carriers.

  • When required: to comply with the law, to protect our rights and our customers, or as part of a business sale or merger.

4. Our Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes your information to provide and improve its services. Shopify may also use information about your activity on our store, together with other stores, for its own features, and is responsible for your information when it does so. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, or complain to your local data protection authority.

7. How Long We Keep It and How We Protect It

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain your account, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or internet connection is completely secure.

8. Children

Our store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe your child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
