Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Where we ship, rates and delivery times

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order and takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. Express shipping is $15.00 and takes 1-2 business days after your order ships. Both options are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships we send a confirmation email to the address you gave at checkout. If a tracking number is available for the shipping method you chose, it is included in that email.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay a delivery. Please check your address carefully before you place an order.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@legendzapparel.shop with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier.
